You can get a better idea of where we travelled on this map by the
British Antarctic Heritage Trust. (Our furthest south was just over 65°S)

During our time South there was much press about whaling in Antarctica and
GREENPEACE's activities. We had some incredible whale encounters and if you want to join
the campaign click here. It certainly has raised much awareness worldwide.

An issue that is close to our hearts is Save the Albatross. These majestic birds are threatened by longline fishing and end up with hooks in their throats. Some money was raised on the journeys to support helping them. Click here if you want to get involved.
